These terms cover SoBeiIt’s free reading tools and paid Oracle, Mirror, and Sanctum subscriptions. The readings are for reflection and ritual only: not a diagnosis, not a substitute for a person who knows you, and not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice. By using the site you’re agreeing to these terms; if any of them are a deal-breaker, please don’t use it.

What this site is

SoBeiIt computes your moon nakshatra and translates it into a personal style and ritual archetype, drawn from the Vedic tradition. It is offered as a thoughtful artifact and a piece of personal reflection — not as medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice. Don’t make consequential decisions on the basis of a free reading.

What we ask of you

• Use the site for yourself, or for someone whose birth details you have a right to enter.
• Don’t scrape, automate, or attempt to overwhelm the ephemeris API.
• Don’t copy our copy — the readings, archetype names, and original text on this site are ours.
• Don’t pretend this site is endorsed by, partnered with, or affiliated with any teacher or text we cite.

What you keep

The chart we compute for you, and any subsequent reading, are yours. Save the share card, copy the bio, screenshot anything you like — it’s your sky.

What we keep

Everything else: the site, the design, the brand, the constellation system, the painted portraits, the typography choices, the readings as written, the sigil and card components, and the underlying code. SoBeiIt and SoBeiIt Apothecary are trademarks of Evermark Apothecary.

The Vedic source material

The 27-nakshatra framework is older than this site by a wide margin. We don’t claim authorship of it — we name our sources (Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Hora Sara) on the landing page. Our particular wording, archetype titles, and observational readings are original work building on that tradition; the tradition itself belongs to no one.

External links and the apothecary

Some pages link out to sobeiitapothecary.com, our sibling commerce property where the actual products live. That site has its own terms and its own purchase flow. Anything you buy there is governed by its terms, not this one.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues through the paid billing period unless a refund is issued.

If a subscription charge was accidental or the service did not work for you, write within 7 days of the charge and we will review it for a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed after active Oracle, Mirror, or Sanctum use, but we will handle edge cases fairly.

SoBeiIt does not use free trials at launch. If trials are added later, the checkout page will state the trial length, conversion date, monthly price, and cancellation deadline before payment details are collected.

Things we have to say in plain language

SoBeiIt is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the readings accurate, the site fast, and the experience whole, but we don’t guarantee that everything will work perfectly all of the time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Where the law doesn’t allow that kind of limitation, our liability is limited to the maximum extent it does allow.

If we ever change these terms

We will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for at least thirty days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Disputes that can’t be resolved by writing to us first will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
